Everything. I’ve been to many resorts in many countries. But this one made my Stay very comfortable and very close to nature. They really keep the concept Of eco resort well. Very clean. View is amazing. So very well conserving the energy and natural resources. I appreciate their effort for example instead ot providing mineral water in plastic bottles they provide portable drinking water in a glass bottle which is refilled whenever asked. Everything in the rooms as well as around the facility is close to nature keeping and saving the nature at its best. love their staff who were well attendive_ Owners who were always smiling at guests. Great food. Allover very excellent hospitality.

All the staff were friendly providing excellent sevice. Loved the location and facilities. It you are fortunate to meet the friendly owners Marcelo and Elizabeth Navarro you will experience more Of the history and plans for this reserve.

They were very accommodating, even the owners were so sweet and friendly. The view and rooms were spectacular. It’s definitely a getaway from the real world.
